Press Release
Washington, D.C. – November 1, 2019 – Jennifer Frankenstein-Harris, owner and chief executive officer of Great Ocean Condos and Homes, of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., was elected to the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) board of directors and confirmed at the organization’s International Conference in October.
“I am proud to serve VRMA as a board member,” said Frankenstein-Harris. “The next two years will be a fantastic opportunity to bring innovative ideas to the vacation rental management industry, including ways to foster strong relations among property managers, local government, and the residents and guests of the locations we serve.”
VRMA prides itself on the positive impact that short-term vacation rentals have on the communities in which they are located. These impacts include increased economic activity, and promotion of the local travel and tourism industry.
“Jennifer is a wonderful addition to the board,” said Mike Copps, VRMA’s executive director. “She has already established a reputation as a leader in the vacation rental community; her leadership efforts in Florida were well-known before she became involved on the national level. Her passion around education & advocacy—the pillars of VRMA—will be incredibly beneficial in the board room. I’m really looking forward to working closely with Jennifer and seeing the contributions she brings to the organization during her term.”
